A Philadelphia native, Gavin Harkins is a proud member of The Sivel Group at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox and Roach. Though he has always called Philly home, his time spent on Islesboro, a small island off the coast of Maine, and in New York City gave him a deep appreciation for the character and individuality that make each community and home unique.
Before transitioning into real estate, Gavin built a career in hospitality and ran his own landscaping business in Chestnut Hill. Those experiences taught him the importance of hard work, clear communication, and exceptional service, values he brings to every client relationship.
He earned his real estate license through Temple University and is passionate about helping people find not just a house, but a place that truly feels like home.
Outside of real estate, Gavin enjoys spending time with his three children, exploring Philadelphia’s neighborhoods, and playing or watching soccer, a lifelong passion that keeps him active and connected to the community. He takes the same team-oriented approach to real estate, working hard to ensure every client feels supported from start to finish.
