Rinella, who earned her MBA from Temple University, found her calling in real estate because it struck the perfect balance between structure and entrepreneurship. “I saw real estate as an opportunity to be in control of my career,” she recalls. “I loved the challenge of starting a business where success was directly tied to my ability to not only generate new opportunities but build lasting relationships from the ground floor.”
As a former Division I athlete and coach, Rinella brought more than just ambition to the table — she brought the playbook. The leadership, discipline, and deep respect for teamwork she honed on the field has translated seamlessly to the office. Together with partners Michael Sivel and Mark Malfara, she has built a real estate dream team — one driven by trust, camaraderie, and a passion for the work.
“What inspires me most is coming to work every day and working alongside my trusted friends,” Rinella says. “From mentoring and coaching to solving challenges, I enjoy the Sivel Group camaraderie. We’re always learning from each other.”
