A proud Philadelphia native, Gavin has always appreciated the charm and history of this region. From working in local homes to watching communities grow and evolve, he’s long been fascinated by the stories behind each property. Real estate felt like the natural next step — a way for him to help people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives while staying connected to the neighborhoods he knows so well.

Gavin already had strong ties to the team through long time BHHS agent, Patrick Gallagher. Stepping into real estate as a newer agent, he knew he wanted the support, mentorship, and camaraderie of a team environment. Joining The Sivel Group was, in his words, “a no-brainer.”
A Local at Heart — someone deeply tied into the community with years of relationships and insights to share. He’s a people person through and through. Many of his long-time clients from previous roles are already excited to work with him in this next chapter, and he loves building rapport, following the transaction from start to finish, and truly connecting with those he serves.
Before real estate, Gavin built a career grounded in hard work and service. He spent six years running Harkins & Sons Landscape here in Chestnut Hill, handling everything from residential and commercial maintenance to snow removal. He also worked in hospitality earlier in his career. These roles taught him meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, and how to deliver exceptional service — all strengths that now elevate his work in real estate.
He earned his real estate license through Temple University, bringing both formal training and real-world experience to the table.
His biggest lesson so far? “There is so much to learn.” And he’s energized by that. Real estate is fast, fluid, and ever-changing and he is ready for the growth that comes along with that.
Gavin loves the variety of the business: one day an open house, the next a walkthrough or neighborhood tour. He’s most excited to learn from the team, ask questions, and grow in an environment where no two days look the same.
If you ask his friends or colleagues to describe him, you’ll hear: fun-loving, hardworking, personable, meticulous, and always ready with a good joke once he warms up.
Gavin is all about Philly’s energy — the incredible restaurant scene, its historic charm, the blue-collar grit mixed with high-end flair, and of course, its legendary sports culture. With the World Cup coming next year, he’s extra excited about what’s ahead for the city.
Outside of work, you’ll find him spending time with his three children, exploring local neighborhoods, or playing and watching soccer — a lifelong passion that keeps him active and connected.
Gavin’s goal for his first year is simple and grounded: build strong professional relationships, listen, learn, and set the foundation for long-term success. “This year is going to be a learning year,” he says. “It’s important to take it all in — then I can take off from there.”
