Tom Brummett has had a passion for architecture and design going back over 20 years when he studied for his Masters Degree from Cranbrook Academy of Art & Design.
Having designed and built his own 2000 sq ft loft in Center City, rehabbed and designed two homes in Montgomery County, Tom brings a wealth of personal knowledge regarding many aspects of design and rehabbing homes. Having lived both downtown for over 15 years, Chestnut Hill and in Montgomery County his knowledge of schools and neighborhoods across the metro area and suburbs is excellent. His long life experience can help guide his clients though the major life changing events that challenged him and all of us sometimes to our very core.
As a real estate investor he has designed his single family home project from the ground up and has intimate personal knowledge of Montgomery County land development and permitting.
Tom’s passion is Art and Nature so he loves working with all creatives and lovers of our fragile planet. He has spent his life photographing the natural world. His internationally award winning images are found in major museums worldwide including the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
He is currently working on a new real estate and design blog: www.phillydreamhomes.com and hoping to launch it soon. Tom is also a Temple University professor, dog owner and Mr. Mom.
