Meet Maura Regan

She joins the Sivel Group after having spent the last several years building strong relationships along the Main Line and in and around the surrounding areas. Known for her warmth and unique ability to support her clients in every step of a deal, Maura has deep knowledge of the local market and goes above and beyond for her clients. She never hesitates to lean into a challenge with grace and integrity, assuring the families and individuals she works with that she is the most equipped to keep them informed and prepared on the search for a home that not only meets their needs but suits their lifestyle and design objectives. Maura is conscientious, thoughtful, hard-working, and incredibly reliable. Raised in the Blue Bell area, Maura attended Germantown Academy and Bucknell University, where she was a dedicated athlete, leveraging her competitive spirit by playing and coaching lacrosse for many years. When she is not helping clients negotiate the purchase or sale of a home, Maura can be found playing paddle, tennis, or running the Radnor Trails. 

 

Maura has lived in Wayne for the last eight years with her husband and their three young boys. Prior to starting a family, Maura earned a master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology from Lesley University. Her consequent work as a school counselor and group therapist has proven fantastically complementary in her real estate work, as she is able to guide her clients through the emotional experiences of buying or selling a home. With a keen eye for design, Maura’s vision for both form and function in home choice goes a long way with her clients. The decisions she helps them make are not just about the nuts and bolts of contracts and numbers, but about building a life in a space that works for them now and years to come.
