There are rooftops… and then there’s The rooftop. On April 28th, the Philadelphia skyline was the backdrop, while our city’s top real estate players were all “under one roof” ( top )—at the Top Luxury Real Estate Leader Event, hosted by Philadelphia Style, Modern Luxury Magazine, at The Josephine in Rittenhouse Square.
Set high above the city on the pool deck, the evening was a celebration of success, style, and a whole lot of mingling with the movers and shakers of Philly’s property scene. Let’s just say, if you weren’t there, you missed a night out!
The Josephine, a stunning new high-rise in Rittenhouse, made a dazzling debut as event host, and let’s be honest, it didn’t disappoint. With its polished amenities, chic décor, rooftop bar (yes, please), and resident perks that could make even the most loyal homeowner rethink their life choices, it’s no surprise this venue is turning heads. The building boasts one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, plus penthouses overlooking the city skylines.
As expected, Modern Luxury Magazine brought their signature sparkle ✨ Think elevated bites by Willow & Sage Catering, flowing cocktails with local #vodka by Illadelph, and a guest list stacked with industry icons. We shook hands. We clinked glasses. We brushed shoulders (in the most stylish sense) with fellow colleagues and peers who are as savvy as they were sharp dressed!
From panoramic views to poolside conversations, the evening was the perfect blend of celebration and connection. A big thank you to Modern Luxury for always knowing how to throw an affair that feels equal parts red carpet and rooftop chic.
